Our Mission

Our mission is multi-faceted…to create a community of over 1,000,000 people equipping them to maximize their lives Spiritually, Personally, Professionally and Financially; to create the influence required to cause over $100 million dollars in charitable giving; and to ultimately positively impact over 1 billion lives on the planet.

Core Values

FAITH – Belief in higher source, for Scott that is God and Jesus Christ.  Trusting in God’s Plan and Timing for all events in life while living of life full of the fruits of the spirit.

HONESTY – Being upright and fair in all actions of life…being truthful and free of deceit…congruence of word, deed and action.

INTEGRITY – Being whole, complete and have soundness of moral character…how you do anything is how you do everything!

COURAGE – Having the quality of mind and spirit to address things head on and a willingness to face fear and push through it rather than run from it.

STEWARDSHIP – Being responsible for overseeing and providing the protection of something considered worth caring for and preserving.  It is being the steward of all that God has created and provisioned.

Philosophy

The TWG philosophy is founded on a Zig Ziglar quote learned many years ago; “You can have anything in life you want when you simply help enough other people get what they want!”  It is a philosophy of servant leadership and becoming an A.S.S.E.T. (A Spontaneous Servant Every Time) to all we encounter.  It is an Attitude of Gratitude; a desire to perform Random Acts of Kindness; and generally make the world a better place by continually create positive impact wherever and whenever possible.

The Promise

The TWG promise is simple…TWG exists to HELP.  Help means different things to different people.  Our commitment is to pull together the finest experts in their respective fields; the wisdom knowledge and expertise they embody; the quality solutions they deliver to today’s’ toughest challenges; and provide them all to the TWG Community with forethought, respect and dignity.
